CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
TURBOKICK | a calorie-blasting HIIT class that incorporates rhythmic boxing & kickboxing combos
BOOTCAMP | circuit-style training that focuses on total body fitness with strength and conditioning stations (Saturday Bootcamp 9:00-10:00AM $10)
VINYASA FLOW | Vinyasa is a term used to describe continuous or dynamic movements between yoga poses. This class will get your heart rate going and make you sweat! It helps increase flexibility, strength, stability, calmness, and focus
REPS & RESISTANCE (R&R) | is a weight training class that offers a total body workout, focusing on form and technique
ZUMBA/DANCE 2 FIT | a Latin-inspired dance workout that includes cardio, muscle conditioning, balance, and flexibility
TOTAL BODY | a full body muscle training class that also focuses on coordination, agility and endurance with interval cardio training as well
SEATED STRENGTH | a good entry level class for all ages and abilities focusing on flexibility and toning.
ROWING/HIIT | an awesome way to stay fit and have fun at the same time. This is a combination rowing and high-intensity-interval-training class. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced rower, this class can help you improve your technique and reach your goals
TRAMPOLINE CLASS | a fun trampoline cardio class. This class is 30 minutes of jumping cardio and 30 minutes of weights
